September is arguably my favorite month of the year, for the following reasons:
1. It's my birthday month. For those of you who know me, know that I LOVE my birthday- like obsessed! Maybe it's because for years growing up I had to "share" it with my younger brother, since we have the same birthday. Or maybe it's just because birthdays are awesome? Either way, my birthday, September 6th, is always a pretty happy day for me!
2. It is a month that brings new beginnings. September brings the end of summer and the beginning of fall. Kids are going back to school. Lots of hustle and bustle happening- love it! Also, I love the back to school sales and end of summer sales that all the stores have!
3. The weather is awesome. The month begins with hot summer days and nights and ends with hot days but cooler nights. The nights when you can sleep with the windows open happen more frequently- my favorite!
4. Time to relax. September is the last month to truly relax before all the craziness of the holidays- Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
